Introduction
- This content (the Content) is made available by Education Services
Australia Ltd (ESA) only to an education body that has entered into a
deed of agreement with ESA to access content (Education Body).
- The Content may include both content owned by ESA (ESA Content)
and content owned by a third party (Third Party Content). Third Party
Content is identified in the Acknowledgements section of the Content.
- These Conditions of Use are provided to assist a user (a student,
their parent or guardian, or a teacher, connected to an Education
Body) (You) to understand what You may and may not do with the Content.
- These Conditions of Use include General Conditions of Use and
Special Conditions of Use (if any). Where they are inconsistent, the
Special Conditions of Use prevail over the General Conditions of Use.
General Conditions of Use
- You may:
- view, read, interact with, copy, print out, modify and adapt the ESA Content for non-commercial educational purposes; and
- only use Third Party Content in accordance with these
Conditions of Use and the Acknowledgements section of the Content,
including, for example, retaining any acknowledgement statement.
- You must not:
- provide copies of, or display, the Content to any third person
not connected to Your Education Body, for example, you must not place
it on a publicly accessible internet site;
- do anything with the Content that may infringe the moral rights of the creator or may be misleading or deceptive;
- circumvent any technological protection measure; or
- interfere with any electronic rights management information.
- Where You use the Content in accordance with these Conditions of
Use, You do not need to comply with the requirements of any statutory
licence, for example, you are not required to pay royalties to a
copyright collecting society such as the Copyright Agency for use of the
Content.

- The following Special Conditions of Use (if any) apply to Your use of specific Third Party Content:
